To List Your House we need;
1. Original (as opposed to compressed) pictures. Send them by e-mail, post or whatever. Pictures sell houses so your selection will be important. We put up to 10 on our main site but as we copy your ad right across the net extra photos help keep it fresh. Snaps with people in are OK as well; they give scale and a flavour of our life here in Spain and are much more interesting than the usual white walls.
2. Full details. No one knows your house like you so who better to write the description? Make it personal and tell people about the area and what makes your house special.
3. Your Price? Obviously we will be glad to discuss this with you but with every house in Spain being so individual, valuations are more of an art than a science.
4. Reason for selling. You have everyone else's dream; a fabulous home in the sun so they will want to know why you are selling!
5. How do we put clients in touch with you? Who has the keys?
6. Your Payment of 99 Euros
