The owners have supplied the following information;
Accommodation size: 80 square meters approx over four stories.
Condition: Excellent (we probably made a big mistake of refurbishing it to our own expectations of a permanent home rather than as tourist/ holiday accommodation). No nasties to hide whatsoever. We have had the whole place completely refurbished from top to bottom: new kitchen, rewired, new shower room, terrace roof etc. etc.
What it comes with: fantastic views from the bedrooms and unbelievable views from the terrace. It also comes with all the contents which I went a bit crazy with (no make and do's with me, just very nice quality things). Any purchaser will only need to bring their clothes, Everything is in the house from furniture to the ever important cork screw and music system! We have also just purchased a new flat screen LCD TV and DVD player!( not in the pics as yet).
What makes it special: Lots of things! Nothing negative really. Wonderful friendly village, excellent municipal pool, fabulous restaurants, bars and shops, river side walks, an old house in an area that is of historic interest due to the houses having cave rooms (ours is a little one in the kitchen). Fully modernised and nothing left to do. Granada Tourism Certificated (one of very few locally). The terrace views are to die for, the furnishings, kitchen etc are tasteful, quality and modern. The house is cool in the summer due to the depth of the walls.
Negatives: none really, no parking directly outside but no one has a problem parking in the street behind or in the plaza a couple of minutes walk away.
Rental income: as is always the case price and marketing are the key but we know that there is a ready market.
Outgoings: utilities and local taxes are very cheap and full details are available from the owners after viewing.
