Adjacent to the house is a large yard with a lockable door, which can be used as a patio for BBQ's or just sitting and reading, however this yard offers great potential for building up and adding a roof terrace.

The area is great for walking and mountain biking and the house is close to all local amenities, including an ATM, local shops, bars, restaurants and the municipal swimming pool is only a 5 minute walk away. Just over an hour from Malaga airport on the recently upgraded road, the village is also about an hour from the coast and 20 minutes from the historic town of Ronda.
The house has mains electricity and water and is attached to the sewerage system. As we have rarely been able to stay for long periods of time its difficult to gauge the running costs but the service charges only for the electricity is around 5 euros a month.
The water is heated by an electricity boiler located in the kitchen and this is newly installed. There is no heating at present but I would have had electric heaters installed had I been keeping the house, as this is easier than organising gas bottles.
The house is fully registered to myself and I have all the legal papers.
Reason for sale is that I own this solely but am now buying a larger property jointly with my partner so unfortunately cannot keep this as well. I am asking 62000 Euros.
